If you're unable to connect to any IRC network, most likely you didn't select any vhost, please do so before connecting.
Please use vhosts with less than 4 connections.
When applying any vhost, please select the IP and not the DNS of the host.
Do not violate any irc network rules, because this may lead to g-lines that affect all users.
