As long as you view the advertisements on Neobux.com everyday you'll have access to your shell account. I've just registered, but I can't log on to Neobux, I always get this message that Combination of username/password not found.
Make sure you are typing your password correctly, also, leave the "Secondary password" field blank. When viewing the ads on Neobux, I get an error and the ad won't load, what should I do?

That message appears when Neobux admin is updating the website or doing some maintenance/modifications. Simply wait a couple of minutes, then refresh the page. What will happen if I fail to click my ads one day?
You will receive a reminder via e-mail that you will have to click the ads on Neobux in the next 24hrs. What will happen if I ignore the reminder from freepsyBNC.org?
Your psyBNC/Eggdrop shell account will be suspended. If you resume clicking within 24hrs, your account will be restored, if not, then it will be deleted, permanently. What if I go on holiday, or for some reason I don't have access to the internet and I can't click the ads on Neobux, will my psyBNC/Shell account be deleted?
Contact us by e-mail, inform us the reason why you won't be able to click the ads on Neobux and for how many days, or simply request a vacation on our Forum. I had an account from freepsyBNC.org but it was deleted because I failed to click the ads on Neobux, can I have it back?
Yes, you can have it back. Simply resume clicking on Neobux with your original username, then go to freepsyBNC.org and request your psyBNC or Shell account once again.
Note: This option is available only ONCE! I've requested a psyBNC account, received the login details, but everytime I try to connect it says Wrong password, disconnecting
First of all, you need to set your IDENTD correctly (it's case sensitive) before connecting to the psyBNC server, otherwise it won't work.
Also, make sure you are typing your password correctly! I've requested a SHELL account but I don't know how to use it and I want to learn, can you teach me?
The shell account (FREE2) is for experienced users who know a-thing-or-two about shell accounts, but if you want to learn simply click here to learn about all basic commands available for you in the shell. My Neobux account got suspended, what can I do?
Usually, this is the end of the line, you'll lose access to our free services.
But, if you think that Neobux made a mistake (I doubt that) in suspending your account, DO NOT rush and create another one because that one will get suspended too. You might have a chance on recovering your account by sending them a support ticket, and ask them tu unblock your account. If your account gets unblocked, you will have access to our services once more, if not, you will be banned, permanently.
