I. By applying for any of our free (FREE1 & FREE2) services you accept and agree to the following terms:
1. You have to follow the instructions and to register on neobux.com using the links from this website.
2. You will have to log on to neobux.com everyday and view all advertisements as instructed previously.
3. You also have to respect Neobux's terms of service; failure to do so and if your Neobux account get suspended, you'll lose access to our services.
4. You are not allowed to exceed your shell's quota of 1 bg process with 1 irc connection.
5. Illegal software or activity on the shell (scan, ddos, exploit, spam) is prohibited.
6. Running IRCD or filehosting/torrent/radio servers on the shell is NOT allowed.
7. Cron jobs mut be set to at least 45 minutes or more to preserve server resources.
8. Only 1 psyBNC/Shell account is allowed per person/computer, this applies to your Neobux account as well!
9. We reserve the right to alter this terms of service at any time, as well as cancel our services at any time, without any prior notice.
-Failure to follow any of the above terms will result in permanent the deletion of your account.
II. By applying for any of our paid (PREMIUM) services you accept and agree to the following terms:
1. You are not allowed to exceed your shell's quota of 3 bg processes with 3 irc connections.
2. Illegal software or activity on the shell (scan, ddos, exploit, spam) is prohibited.
3. Running IRCD or filehosting/torrent/radio servers on the shell is NOT allowed.
4. Cron jobs mut be set to at least 45 minutes or more to preserve server resources.
5. We reserve the right to alter this terms of service at any time, as well as cancel our services at any time, without any prior notice.
-Failure to follow any of the above terms will result in the permanent deletion of your account with no refunds.
